Visit to cider factory 'Molino de Tullidi'
A trip back in time to get to know Onís ‘in person’.
What does it consist of?
Travel back in time and learn how the “llagares” where cider is made, were places where people used to meet. Immerse yourself in some of the most deeply rooted traditions of Onís.
Guided visit to an old mill transformed into a cultural museum where you can get to know Onís in a different way: hand in hand with its people and through its most deeply rooted traditions, which today are also the most modern.
The first floor reproduces a “chigre” (bar) from the middle of the last century and has a cider press. It is decorated with photographs and ethnographic objects that pay tribute to the people and knowledge of Onís’ past.
The second floor uses a contemporary aesthetic to symbolize the Onís of the present. The one that has picked up the baton of tradition adapting it to the new times. Here is projected the microfilm “Onís in person” about some values and cultural features of the council.
