Contents
This training action will have a duration of 4 hours, with the following contents:

- Lifeguarding: general aspects
- Initial evaluation
- Basic Life Support. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Airway obstruction
- Burns
- The First Aid Kit
TARGET
Workers and entrepreneurs in the tourism sector; guides, tourist informers, cheese makers, waiters, cooks and hoteliers.
RESOURCES
For the correct development of the course, the following materials will be used:
- Adult torsos for the practice of basic CPR.
- Didactic material

SELECTION CRITERIA: Priority will be given to businessmen and workers in the tourism sector and linked to the council of Onís.
CERTIFICATION: A diploma will be awarded to the students at the end of the course, certifying that they have acquired the necessary knowledge to intervene in an emergency situation.
Objectives
- To know the steps of the primary examination of a patient.
- Identify life-threatening emergency situations.
- Know how to apply cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques.
- Identify and provide life support techniques to a person presenting with hypovolemic shock.
- To know basic techniques to be able to act in the case of a person with hemorrhage and trauma.
- Correctly perform patient mobilization and evacuation techniques.
- To know the basic notions of victim triage and evacuation priorities.
Evaluation criteria
The evaluation criteria for the correct completion of the course, as well as for obtaining the corresponding diploma of achievement
are:
- Attendance to all course hours and punctuality.
- Participation, interest and use of learning time.
- Completion of the activities and exercises proposed by the teaching team.
