The Foundation for the Conservation of the Bearded Vulture offers in its Center of Benia de Onís a space for meeting, participation and awareness of this majestic bird.
THE CENTER
The permanent exhibition invites us to discover the biodiversity and mountain culture of the Picos de Europa and to reflect on their conservation. You can visit the center self-guided or with an expert guide.

ACTIVITIES
Guided tours of the exhibitionn
Guided tours are conducted every day during the summer season at 13:00h and 18:00h. Maximum capacity 25 people. Reservations are recommended.
Route for the observation of bearded vultures
Guided activity in nature for the observation of bearded vultures in the National Park of Picos de Europa.
Observe the bearded vulture with expert guides from the Foundation. The activity is by public transport, included in the price, with a stop at the necrophagous feeding place and a tour of the area where the specimens are released.
Educational Activities
Its environmental education and awareness program “Nature and Mountain Culture in the Picos de Europa” is aimed mainly at schools. Consult conditions if you are interested in participating with your center.
